Yoga
Work one-to-one with an experienced Shri Krishna Yoga instructor to receive instructions designed for your specific needs. Refine your structural alignment, design your own sequence, learn posture modifications, restorative yoga postures, or how to meditate. Experience the benefits of receiving immediate feedback and having your questions and needs regarding yoga met. No previous yoga experience is required.
Wave Work
--Wave Work™ Facilitation-- is a special, 105-minute Shri Krishna process that uses simple, gentle breathwork and skilled, sensitive coaching to support you in accessing your own inner wisdom. The therapist creates a safe, supportive environment in which to hear the soul messages inherent in your pain. Although the techniques are simple, the experience can be quite profound. Just as waves in the ocean ebb and flow, your sensations and feelings will flow through you if you are willing to experience them fully, witness them, and allow them to integrate. After one session you will have a tool that you can use to be more fully present in your life. You will be lying on your back with your eyes closed during this service.
